We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
- Unopened Items: Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.
- Opened Items: For opened items, a 15% restocking and recertification fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, cleaning, and restocking the product to ensure it meets our quality standards for resale.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hydrospiritz.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hydrospiritz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. For unopened items, a full refund will be issued, excluding any shipping costs. For opened items, a refund minus the 15% restocking and recertification fee will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Important Notes
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) may not be accepted.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
WE DO NOT COVER
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you
- Delays in transit
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to a pre-order or delay in shipping during high-volume periods (ex. Holidays).
- International orders stuck in customs – we can’t be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with the carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are in an unsellable condition
- If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing – this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions
