Comes with built-in music or you can use the Bluetooth connector to listen to your own while you're getting the exercise. Overall, this is a solid and well built unit, and even comes with a decent pair of gloves. The athlete, whether young or old will love this. I took a short video so you could see that you actually have to punch a little bit harder for it to register so that shows that it's durable. Hopefully my video will help you determine if it's something you'd like to own or give us a gift. This set is definitely a good value for your money.
